Trainer/Team editor and contents contributor for last three versions of NeighborWorks America’s Realizing the American Dream manual.• Lead Trainer responsible for creation of material, activities and schedule coordination for trainings.• Review and edit Power-Points presentations for national and local training assignments.• Lead participants through ice-breakers, group brainstorms and discussions for engagement and clarification of content purposes.• Advisory to NeighborWorks America panel on creating national industry standards for the mortgage industry and in relations between non-profit organizations and the industry; mortgage and insurance. • Teacher and Mentor to Trainers entering the Homeownership track for training institutes in places like Washington, DC; Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco and New Orleans.• As a result of these certification trainings more than 95% of participants have successfully passed the certification exam.• Blocking coordinator of guest speakers for Place-based Trainings throughout the United States.
