Some of my duties include:Ensuring the safety and quality of the brewing process, from hot wort production to finished beer. Support the safeguarding of raw materials for quality assurance and for accurate inventory. Monitor the progress of beer through the production cycle via brewery information system. Working with team membersthroughout the brewing, racking and packaging process. Assist in operating Krones packaging equipment – racking, bottling and canning. Performing equipment maintenance, sanitation, and regular housekeeping for all brewery areas. Other duties as assigned throughout the brewery and assist other team members as needed. Help in loading and unloading trucks; drive forklift as needed. COP (clean out of place) and CIP (clean in place) of dirty hardware and vessels.
