I\'m currently the lead user researcher on DRG Biopharma products and Medical Devices at Clarivate. Throughout my work at Clarivate, I\'ve been an advocate for keeping the user at the center of focus, as well as design thinking and creative problem solving methodologies. During my time at Clarivate, I have been part of the following projects- Led the foundational customer research for an HTA Predictive tool that has been used to drive the direction of new product development, including running design workshops to identify user needs - Execute usability and discovery research for the Web of Science product, including concept testing, unmoderated tests, and live moderated usability sessions - Develop the UX team at Clarivate by creating a UX newsletter and empowering the team with design thinking methods and workshops aimed at improving skills in research, journey maps, and persona development
