Lean Technical Lead Role: Led and established lean mechanisms to deliver on programme key deliverables which were 3 months behind schedule. Key lean tools used were sprints, strategy workshops, collaborative planning, production control, visual management, resource planning and balancing, process automation, process definition and coaching. After systems set up, acted on an advisory arrangement leading to a more efficient design phase delivery.\\\\nProject outputs: Mitigation of the delivery dates increasing client\'s confidence\\\\n\\\\nFramework Task Project Manager Role: Acted as the project manager of a framework aimed to drive lean efficiencies across National Highways. Set up and engaged with small, medium, and large enterprises to bring creative and innovative thinking to deliver the correct solutions on time and within budget. Managed stakeholders, developed and deployed a communication plan and managed risk and financials at project and programme level. To enhance on the stakeholder communication created a performance dashboard to enable the management of multiple projects more efficiently, rapidly identify the benefits of good practice and mitigate areas of concern. Continously balanced resources and projects.\\\\nProject outputs: Financial benefits circa 18M, achieved a high and continuously improved score against the framework assessment, and helped secure the extension of the task.\\\\n\\\\nProcess Optimisation Lead Role: Established a bespoke mechanism/framework for the client to efficiently manage programme wide benefits by connecting each benefit to key business objectives and strategy. This included the definition, quantification and tracking of benefits realisation through KPIs. The output was accompanied by a strategy document with methodology, benefits realisation plan, governance, and risk management guidance.\\\\nProject outputs: Streamlined the benefits management process to enable effective and efficient capture of circa £20M in programme efficiencies.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
