Service Contracts - O&M LATAM.Responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of service projects in the LATAM region, monitoring and forecasting the financial KPIs of the projects, looking for transparency and accuracy in financial reports.Close collaboration with the Project Manager and the project team to ensure operational and financial success. Responsible for analysis and control of the financial project KPIs, including order entry, revenue, gross margin and free cash flow. Support in the control and optimization of resources to achieve project objectives. Calculate and report of budget / forecast, aiming to forecast future financial outcomes with maximum accuracy to reduce variance between projected and actual result. Monthly presentation of financial status to the management. Consolidation of the information for technical, legal and commercial for holistic project oversight. Contract analysis, guarantee compliance with contractual requirements. Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks to minimize their impact on the project results. Active participation in customers and supplier negotiations. Support in teaching & coaching new financial project team members.
