I\'ve got the heart of an entrepreneur and the brain of a top-tier communicator. I work with organizations and leaders who have big ideas, big stories but who experience frustration, friction, and bottlenecks when they try to get them out in the world.Clients come to me when they\'re at a crossroads - retooling an offer, wanting to communicate more clearly, or they\'ve tried a bunch of things that haven\'t worked.Regardless, I help my clients stop swirling in the hellscape of stuckness; buried in all the ‘we should’ and ‘why don’t we just?’ and instead, we breathe and focus on communicating the narratives that actually matter. I am the CEO of an award winning branded podcast company, Story Studio Network as well as a multi award winning broadcaster and multi award winning lifestyle blogger.Besides being an entrepreneur, I\'m a certified yoga teacher and somatic coach. I understand nervous system regulation and how stress impacts decision-making. I bring that lens to my work…. because communication breakdown is often a symptom of organizational stress, misalignment, or leaders who are too depleted to think clearly.
