Coordination of advertising projects and collateral for various departments throughout the organization. Coordination of day-to-day advertising review of production and media plans as well as work with various agencies and vendors. Keep accurate records of projects developed, which includes obtaining estimates, purchase orders and other cost to facilitate more effective future request. Provide assistance to other departments for special events and projects. Collect distribute and archive daily media sources. Prepare monthly board reports.
