Most of my job is building relationships, if we don\'t have an opportunity for a candidate right now, we want to keep in contact for future opportunities.

ABOUT ERIN CALACI
I joined SCW Consulting Inc in 2013 as their Research Analyst. I have spent many years in call center customer service positions but I have over ten years of customer service related experience. Needless to say I have a flair for the “human connection”. I have taken on many roles between internet research, project coordination and recruiting. I am extremely outgoing and an open communicator. I pride myself on thinking outside the box and always looking for every possible outcome before presenting a solution to a client. In my short career as a physical security recruiter, I learned everything on the job and it has really allowed me to make this opportunity with SCW my own. I am always looking for that \"spark\" and fresh talent to bring into the industry as well as getting acquainted with some of the industries key players that I have met through SCW. I strive to give each person I speak with a genuine interaction and think of myself as more of a matchmaker than a recruiter. I love helping people improve their lives and companies improve their bottom line. I am a pretty geeky gal and enjoy a good Scifi movie or show. I love karaoke, Halloween, animals-especially my cat Luna and generally spending time with like-minded, fun people.
