ABOUT ERIK T. KIKUCHI I EOS

As a young boy, I imagined becoming a doctor rushing into disaster zones, helping people in their worst moments. Life had other plans. Growing up in shelters, parks, and motels didn’t exactly scream “Harvard Med,” but it gave me something else: grit, an allergy to excuses, and a relentless drive to help others rewrite their stories. A few decades later, I’ve built and led five very different businesses, sold two of them, and had Harvard Business School complete a case study on our growth. After my first exit, I stepped away to follow a deeper calling—volunteering in South America with abandoned and disabled children, and writing a book called Worth. A book about discovering value beyond net worth—reclaiming identity, purpose, and meaning in a world that often defines us by success alone. Today and for the past decade I’ve dedicated my life to helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams rise above the chaos, clarify what matters, and build businesses that serve both the bottom line and the people behind it. I may not have become a doctor, but I get to diagnose and treat the aches and pains of organizations—and more importantly, the human beings who carry them. Because financial success without time, energy, and joy isn’t success at all. I’m not a doctor, but I do get to diagnose and treat the aches and pains of businesses—and more importantly, the leaders and teams behind them. Because financial wealth without the time to enjoy it is well. in my small existence, just a trophy. Some highlights from my journey: 🟧 Two-time Master Chair and Coach with TEC Canada/Vistage International. 🟧 Scaled and exited 2 bootstrapped businesses. 🟧 Led a new leadership team and family business from $17M to $31M in under three years. 🟧 Turned around a cash-burning software company, from -$250K to $900K profit in 12 months. 🟧 Coached CEOs and family businesses across Canada, the US, and Mexico for 15+ years. 🟧 Volunteered in the trenches with 21 non-profit groups and communities across South America. 🟧 Wrote a book about finding worth beyond wealth. 🟧 Produced a documentary on human rights that won four international awards. My clients have earned recognition like Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and Top 40 Under 40.
