ABOUT STU WOLFF

I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of starting and growing a business, working with two very different partners, and gaining invaluable lessons from both experiences. When I first launched my company in 1997, we provided sales and marketing services for the foodservice industry primarily in Michigan. My initial partnership was a valuable learning experience, but it was in 2007, with a new partner who shared my vision and core values, that we built something truly special. That year, we rebranded as The Wolff Group, starting with 40 employees managing $140 million in sales.Over the next several years, we fully embraced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) with the guidance of my business coach, Gino Wickman, EOS’s founder. With a phenomenal leadership team, we grew to more than 165 employees across 10 states, managing over $1 billion in sales. We also made 11 strategic acquisitions, expanding our reach and enhancing the services we provided to clients and customers. In April 2013, I sold The Wolff Group to Acosta Sales & Marketing.Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of EOS in both business and life, I became passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and leadership teams achieve the same success. Today, I serve as an Expert EOS Implementer, coaching business owners to maximize their businesses and live more fulfilling lives. My story and insights on partnerships are even featured in the best-selling book Traction.I was drawn to TIGER 21 because of its mission of collaboration, trust, and shared wisdom. TIGER 21 members push each other to elevate their investment strategies, sharpen their business decisions, and strengthen family dynamics to live truly impactful lives. My background as both an entrepreneur and EOS Implementer naturally aligns with my role as a Chair of TIGER 21 in Detroit, where I facilitate monthly peer-to-peer meetings that harness the collective intelligence and experience of our members.
