The Executive Committee (TEC) is the largest global leadership development organization using a peer advisory support group of up to 16 business leaders, all working to the benefit and support of each other. This includes,(but is not limited to), regularly held full day group meetings, one-on-one coaching, peer group support and access to proprietary resources such as podcasts, webcasts and financial reports. The day-long meetings are divided into two parts. First, with an industry leader taking you through a workshop and/or presentation on the issues that are of concern to the group. The second half, is to allow members to discuss direct issues or questions that are pertinent to them and use a kind of \'hive-mind\' to help solve them. 15 minds are better than one, saving members a great deal of aggravation and/or stress when they know they have a group they can rely on to help and get answers faster, and the right ones. The one-on-ones are with myself allowing for a deeper dive on the issues you face. As a result, you will make better decision, will have people holding you accountable, see growth, no longer feel isolated as a business owner and be better equipped to handle change or, better yet, be the change, as you grow.
