With a track record of supporting senior leaders across technology, non-profit, and corporate environments, I blend meticulous organisation with a people-first approach that builds trust, boosts morale, and keeps everything running smoothly.At Cisco, I streamlined global cadence planning for VPs leading more than employees by designing an annual meeting framework and live tracker that reduced ad hoc requests and strengthened cross-regional collaboration. I also launched regular skip-levels, Open Office Hours, and AMAs across EMEA, initiatives that increased VP visibility, encouraged inclusion, and gave employees easier access to leadership.Beyond large-scale operations, I excel at high-touch event and project delivery. For Willmott Dixon Interiors, I orchestrated an executive site visit to the National Gallery, verifying on-site logistics, capturing key details, and securing preferred dining reservations, demonstrating my ability to anticipate needs and deliver flawlessly, even when events take unexpected turns.I bring the same focus to financial and operational systems.
