Re-hired as Marketing/Sales Director at Isle of Skye Distillers. Responsibility across entire portfolio of drinks brands, physical stores and eCommerce storefronts. New whisky brand and production on Isle of Skye coming 2026.Phase 1 of our whisky production plans will be on our existing distillery site. Our distillery extension is nearing completion and we start whisky distilling mid 2026. We are planning production of approx bottles/300 casks per year from this Phase 1. Our whisky will be branded Eilean a’ Cheò, which translates from Gaelic to ‘The Island of Mist’. A perfect product name/extension to our Misty Isle gin/vodka range. Our whisky will be ready in 3 years’ time from first distillation. Phase 2 expansion is into a larger site on the outskirts of Portree and that will encompass a larger capacity distillery, dunnage warehouse, restaurant, visitor experience, staff accommodation and gift shop. Project estimated £8-£10m with a production target of 300k-400k OLA per year.We are \'Gin Distillery of the Year\' finalists in this years Scottish Gin Awards.

The EILEAN A’ CHEÒ whisky brand will be available to market when matured 2029/30.
