CEO of Revelyst, a leading sports technology and gear company. Brands under management include Foresight, Bushnell Golf, Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, Camelbak, and Simms, amongst others. Prior to Revelyst, was CEO of Vista Outdoors,[VSTO], a publicly traded company at the time. Led Vista Outdoors through successful separation into two independent, standalone businesses- Revelyst [GEAR] and the Kinetic Group. Led sale of Kinetic Group to CSG, and later led the sale of Revelyst to Strategic Value Partners, a leading Private Equity group with over $30B under management. Additional experiences include executive roles at Hasbro over an 18 year career capped off as COO & President. Prior to Hasbro, built leadership experience with roles in Brand Management at Timberland and LEGO. Board of Directors experience at both Revelyst and Vista Outdoors. Proudly serves on the Board of Trustees at Virginia Wesleyan University.
