Leading / building / transforming the compensation, benefits, & HRIS, functions for a private equity backed engineering and construction company (spun-off from Chicago Bridge & Iron:$6.7B revenues, employees), specializing in critical infrastructure, environmental services, sustainability, and energy solutions ($1.5B+revenues, employees in the U.S, Canada, Peru). Bringing improved communications tools / programs to underserved field employees (and their families) not in front of a company computer. Managing four 401(k) plans (Chair of the Investment Committee) with $295M+ in assetsCreated detailed cost/benefit analyses with the CIO for PE owners, for selecting and implementing a new ERP system.
