ABOUT ERIC CAMERON
With over two decades of computer science experience, I am a passionate technical trainer and instructor who loves to share my knowledge and expertise with aspiring technologists. I have 20+ years experience teaching in-person, online, and most recently, remote modalities. I am a learner who is always thirsty to absorb new knowledge, and I have an extremely versatile set of skills. If I had to choose a specialty, I would say databases, but I have taught web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue), programming (Java, Python), databases (SQL, normalization, stored procedures, triggers, etc), cloud concepts, Linux, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, e-commerce, technical writing, and general computer concepts.I am a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), and have completed certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals. Additionally, I have authored and co-authored several textbooks for Pearson, developed and coordinated an internship program, and served as a leader in many areas in my 19 years as a tenured college professor. My mission is to inspire, empower, and support learners.
