Hello! My name is Erica, and I am a recent graduate from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Education Sciences and a B.A. in English. I am committed to fostering student success and advocating for equitable practices within higher education. My background as a graduate in Education Sciences has equipped me with a better understanding of the societal challenges and disparities affecting minority student populations in both their academic and personal lives. I strive to create an inclusive, diverse, and accessible environment for students, especially for those who are low-income and/or first-generation, by drawing from my own experiences to inform and guide my efforts. Through collaboration and innovation, I aim to open pathways for social mobility and empower all students to reach their fullest potential. In my free time, you can find me penpal-ing, making matcha lattes, painting rocks, and listening to audiobooks on Spotify.
