Over the past 8 years, I\'ve been involved in leadership roles within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment. My passion lies in fostering strong connections with people and meeting the staffing needs of various organizations, which has been the driving force behind my career journey. Whether it\'s nurturing individuals as they advance in their careers or aiding them in embarking on their next chapter, I find immense satisfaction in facilitating these transitions. My experience includes spearheading national recruitment teams within the healthcare and education sectors, where I\'ve successfully filled roles spanning from entry-level positions to executive leadership. My approach to recruitment centers around honoring the entirety of each individual, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers find the perfect fit for their needs and aspirations. Collaborating with hiring managers to swiftly and effectively fill vacancies is a particular area where I thrive. Beyond recruitment, I\'ve had the opportunity to design and lead numerous training sessions focused on building robust candidate pipelines, implementing best practices in recruitment, and refining sourcing strategies. Additionally, I\'ve played an instrumental role in establishing processes, policies, and procedures for burgeoning recruitment teams, contributing to their growth and success. My educational background includes a bachelor\'s degree in organizational communications and a master\'s degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. These academic pursuits have provided me with a solid foundation upon which to continuously expand my expertise and knowledge within the realm of recruitment and talent acquisition.
