Although formally trained in public relations and journalism, Erica found her greatest asset, fresh out of college and new to the professional realm, was her basic knowledge of web design and search engine optimization (SEO). While many professionals were still oblivious to the powers of SEO, Erica enrolled in educational courses and grasped the concept with ease. With her knowledge and expertise of search engine marketing, Erica has been a key player in the growth and development of the cosmetic surgery practice she currently works for. In addition to SEO, which includes but is not limited to blogging, social media, content generation and manipulation of HTML, Erica enjoys the artistic aspect of her job. She designs promotional pieces for her cosmetic practice such as print advertisements, email blasts, brochures and displays. In her spare time, Erica manages a personal website dedicated to her love of interior design.
