ABOUT ERICA RANADE
I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Licensed Psychological Practitioner based in Louisville, Kentucky. I have been working as a trainer, supervisor, and practitioner in the behavioral health field for the past decade. After earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, I went on to specialize in School Psychology at Illinois State University. I spent several years training in various settings, including public schools, early childhood programs, academic clinics, and Autism centers. After completing my school-based internship with a focus in behavioral consultation, I continued my work as a bilingual school psychologist and BCBA. I have gained experience working with individuals with exceptional needs, particularly autistic folx. I am passionate about interdisciplinary training and have been teaching and providing supervision in higher education settings since 2012. I specialize in the areas of interdisciplinary training, early intervention, naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, diagnostic access, equity in behavioral healthcare, and cultural humility. I am currently working toward my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at University of Louisville. I recently published my first textbook, Psychology Essentials for Behavior Analysts (Out now through Routledge Press), with my longtime collaborator, Dr. Lauryn Toby.
