ABOUT ERICA HARTZENBERG

I am a creative professional with core, and very diverse focuses in: Operational Business Development/Work Culture, Education, Professional Research & Writing, Hospitality, Video Production, Branding & Identity Design, Renovations/Restorations, and Special Events.I have been a freelance operations consultant for the past decade, expanding with global technology companies. I have experienced proven success in implementing and managing traditional and unique programs and projects in Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Hospitality, Video Production, and Events. My vision is to enable any entrepreneur to build the business of their dreams. Throughout my career I have experienced many different technologies and business models in various business markets across the globe. Multicultural experience includes working in Toronto, New York, Miami, and Singapore. I have spent over 8 years as a GTA based coach, mentor, and leader. Small-to-medium sizes businesses (SMB) are my wheelhouse, and I see them as the forefront of our global economy. My passion supporting crafty individuals continues to grow as I work with teams to reimagine business models. I love to build teams and processes to drive adoption, retention, and expansion while demonstrating value. On the other hand, I am an educator working at The Institute of Applied Health Sciences at the original McMaster campus. I believe in being a life-long learner, and have continued my journey at the college. I have a connection to the education field that words cannot describe. Being an educator is in my blood, and I think this core foundation has helped me to grow as a well-rounded leader. As well, I have been immersed in the hospitality field since the age of 17. My goals for my hospitality clientele are focused on building an exceptional work culture, strong onboarding process, and to build out further processes and extensions for the client in order to scale the company out.
