Total PFAS destruction.• Lead end-to-end procurement and materials planning for a PFAS destruction facility leveraging Supercritical Water Oxidation (SCWO) technology.• Manage $5M+ CapEx/Opex budget supporting continuous feedstock acquisition, GAC media renewals, rinsate and leachate processing, and ancillary treatment systems.• Develop and maintain SOPs, safety protocols, and inventory control systems ensuring chain-of-custody compliance for hazardous and destructible materials.• Oversee vendor qualification, contract negotiation, PO lifecycle management, and materials reconciliation using integrated ERP and inventory tracking platforms.• Cross-functional collaboration with EHS, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain environmental regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
