ABOUT ERIC OLIVERI

Our role is to support the development, hosting and operating teams to allow them to focus on innovation, delivery and the provision of services to our users and customers.Our goal is to design and adapt central governance policies to adjust them so that teams can save time and get straight to the point.Although the project\'s control tower role continues, but our commitment is to provide our teams with methodologies and tools according to their production method, they will use it daily to achieve their work objectives and consolidate the elements of substantive reporting in the different departments.In a world that is now more agile, the role of the PMO also requires providing support to the business and production teams to focus on creating value rather than managing costs and schedules. Our role occupies a more strategic and consultative position for the teams.We are also continuing our coaching missions, monitoring supplier relationships and human resources management by implementing new sourcing models that are closer to the expectations of experts in our fields.We strive to advance our teams to stay one step ahead on the market and to make our entity prefer over our competitors.Specialties: team management, program management, project management, definition and implementation of an Internet portal architecture, specification and development of Internet portal applications, team building.
