Headquarter Team member for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Unit providing grants and financial management services for a large ($20M+/3 years) multi-country program (~ 16 countries/regions) and provide oversight of the support of the Global Emergency Response and Recovery Partner Engagemen program funded by CDC($22M/5 years): oversee the day-to-day management of the Supporting Access to Family Planning and Post-Abortion Care in Emergencies “SAFPAC” and CDC grants to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with donor reporting and financial requirements; Ensuring effective and timely admininstration of the grant, contracts and sub agreements through the award life cycle plus ensure capacity building of country offices on financial and expense narrative report preparation and the link between the two reports; Developing an understanding of donor requirements and expectations for the agreement; ensuring compliance; and coordinating with country offices, program staff, and others throughout CARE and within partner organizations as appropriate; Preparation / review, negotiation, due diligence, monitoring and modifications of agreements and contracts as well as the submission of regular reports and prepare all necessary for the grants close Out; Manage stock gains and/or losses and prepare adjustments to move funds to stock appreciation fund code in case of gains or to move funds to UNR for stock loss; Monitoring of financial reports and expenditures of countries and regions, and identifying trends associated with over/under expenditure, making recommendations to resolve these, and working with country and regional teams to achieve acceptable burn rates and provide timely reports; Develop CARE USA HQ proposal budgets, support country offices in developing one, and consolidate for submission to donor, when needed and standardize proposal budget preparation process among CARE USA HQ and participating country offices and regions;\\\\n\\\\n
