As the Chief Operating Officer and expert in strategic and tactical planning, he runs all Back Office functions as well as coordinates with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and milestone achievement.As the Prime Contract Program Manager supporting the Zumwalt Class Destroyer Program Office at NAVSEA, ensured quality of team performance, alignment of resources including management of 7 sub-contractors, cost control/management, and contract execution. Also, led the largest R&P footprint on any contract, accounting for nearly 20% of the company.During Naval service, served in USS HOWARD (DDG 83) out of San Diego as the Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer from Jun \'12 - Apr \'14. While onboard, HOWARD conducted a WESTPAC deployment and won the Battle \'E\'​ twice. Graduated with distinction from Nuclear Power School in Nov \'14. Qualified Engineering Officer of the Watch at the S8G Prototype in Jun \'15. Qualified Propulsion Plant Watch Officer (Jan \'16), served as Reactor Mechanical Division Officer for one year, qualified Nuclear Engineer (Mar \'17), served as the Assistant Reactor Training Assistant for seven months, and qualified Reactor Duty Officer (Jun \'17) in Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78). Served as an Instructor at USNA for shore tour.
