Manage a team of 16 production engineers for both HBNS and ELM assets\\\\n- High focus on production enhancement projects, field development opportunities and bottlenecks\\\\nidentification\\\\n- Identify production optimization opportunities through surveillance and data analysis in\\\\ncollaboration with the geologists, reservoir and petroleum engineers\\\\n- Drive timely decisions through the approval process until execution\\\\n- Prioritize well surveillance and intervention activities to maximize recovery while reducing overall\\\\nproduction impacts and cost\\\\n- Issue realistic OPEX / CAPEX with profound knowledge of our service contracts and cost associated\\\\nwith them\\\\n- Mentor the sub-surface group with know-how and hands-on experience, operational knowledge\\\\nand guidance through deep understanding of equipment and technologies available in country\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
