Machitia is an online web platform where educators can create and collaborate on lesson plans to share with other educators anywhere using a template. Educators can tailor these templates and lesson plans to better apply various pedagogies related to their teaching situation.I was personally responsible for designing and implementing the Locations and Google Maps features. These were created using React.js on the font-end. I utilized.NET to create RESTful API controllers that connected and processed client-side requests to the database I created using SQL tables and stored procedures, which successfully pulled retrieved consistent and accurate data. Connections between.NET and the database were consistently tested through the Postman REST client.The Locations component allows Organizations to input their address accompanied by the Google maps feature. The Google Maps will then input the proper latitude and longitude from the desired location. This will then display with a marker on Google maps- Utilized.NET to create RESTful API controllers to process client side commands by returning data based on the HTTPS requests- Created and maintained complex SQL tables and stored procedures for blogs and users and tested the connection between SQL and.NET through Postman- Oversaw web platform testing, troubleshooting and user sampling prior to live deployment- Multi-tasked across multiple focuses to generate project results and meet deadlines and organizational expectations- Worked closely with the onsite manager and developers in an AGILE environment to discuss and analyze business requirements. Participated in daily stand-ups and facilitated code reviews for peers to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications.
