I head up the Business Banking Mobile channels at HSBC UK Wholesale Digital Banking and HSBC Kinetic. My responsibilities include the building of our strategy, leading the development of banking/beyond banking products, running HSBC complex teams globally and the delivery/management of our brand new Business Banking service HSBC Kinetic and the UK Business Banking Mobile. In addition to the above, I lead several international programs in an effort to extend smart banking to other relevant digital channels.
