ABOUT ENZO ROBERT BERTONI SPENGLER

I am graduated in Economics with 2+ years of work experience in HR, currently open for new opportunities. The gap seen on my CV is a result of a decision to take a sabbatical year during which I traveled throughout Asia and Latin America to broaden my personal and professional horizons.In my last experience, I have worked as an HRBP, assisting the promotion processes and onboarding new employees, alongside with restaffing 350+ consultants in projects for public and utilities sectors. Moreover, in previous roles, I’ve worked in M&A with a focus on human capital, dealing for instance with the integration of a company expanding over 10 countries.The main drive to pursue those experiences was to acquire skills in change management, especially cultural change. This field draws my curiosity and thus is the one in which I would like to build a career on.Similarly, the topic of sustainability has also increasingly drawn my attention, leading me to look for possibilities to overlap these two areas and promote change in sustainable growth. Hence, I’ve enrolled in a three-month course on Business Sustainability beginning on Feb ‘24.Lastly, I’m also fascinated by the entrepreneurial sector. As a student at Bocconi University, I co-founded the first branch of the International Brazilian student association in Italy. That taught valuable lessons on how to manage the challenges of an organization’s early stages, which can be a useful perspective even when working in well-established firms.In terms of soft skills, I\'m a great communicator, which alongside my ability to speak three languages fluently (English, Italian, and Portuguese), allows me to navigate with ease in a multicultural environment. Furthermore, I\'m a problem solver at core and thrive when tackling complex tasks.
