ABOUT ENRICO GRIBAUDO
Executive with 20 years of experience on equipment and tooling provider for the plastic packaging industry. In my work experience I have held several positions on the marketing, sales, packaging development and tooling, managing multicultural team in Europe, Asia and Nord America to develop new solutions and achieving a strong financial results. During my last assignment at SIPA I have to completed a turnaround of the Company setting up the Roadmap Shape our Future where we reposition the company in all the markets we follow in order to become technological leader on every segment where we operate. To achieve this goal, we have reset our costs, optimized our output, implemented the lean manufacturing, global logistic system for spare parts, launched several new platforms. Most important, I have set SIPA as the best partner for customers, suppliers and integrators in order to develop their dreams with us (we had the motto \"We make it happen\") and developed an high performing team. Actually I\'m serving as Board Advisor in several industry B2B and B2C and following all the new trend in concerning the new business model, organisation and Industry 4.0
