Full time winemaker (enologo) following after to most of the red wine production of the group, Sangiovese as predominant variety, plus the making of both indigenous and classic white varieties.Fully involved in ageing and bottling process, I also develop products to compete in Canada and North European monopoly tenders, as well with PL wines for UK and far east markets. Often on a mission in foreign countries to support local sales team or to join promotional event and portfolio tasting
