I am currently the \"Quality and Process Manager\" of SOCAGE Aerial Platforms. My main work activities are:I manage the entire quality management system ensuring the satisfaction of customer expectations and the objectives of the management.I supervise the analysis activities on company flows for the purpose of continuous improvement (efficiency and quality) with support for the development and industrialization phase.I coordinate the resources of the \"quality team\" in ordinary activities (inbound / outbound checks, non-conformities, intermediate process checks, control of supplies, etc.).I actively participate in the board of directors, I analyze the company situation by identifying strengths and weaknesses.I implement, map, redefine where necessary, manage and statistically monitor business processes.I define the criticalities in the processes and the appropriate corrective / preventive actions.I control the processes through the use of data and key performance indicators (KPIs) in relation to the main production areas.
