ABOUT ENI ADEDOKUN EL-WADI
My passion is to plant seeds of positive change that allow people to recognize their potential. My current role at Takeda allows me to put this into practice as an influential Change Management professional with key skills of strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and stakeholder management across matrixed organizations. As a change professional, I am a strong negotiator, comfortable with conflict resolution and navigation of complex environments to inspire inclusive change. Outside of my daily role, my passion is to pursue this charge within the DEI space through my work with HBA Ambassadors, ISPE Boston Chapter EDEI Committee and several other organizations that work to make sure that regardless of our backgrounds, we all receive the right seeds to plant and the resources to make them grow and bear fruit.
