ABOUT ENÉAS MOREIRA

For more than 30 years, I have consulted on strategic decisions and protected the interests and business of large national and multinational companies through tax and corporate consulting. I was a partner at one of the Big Four audit and consulting firms for 12 years and currently work at one of the pioneers in Forensic Accounting in Brazil. At EY, I developed business and led teams and offices in the tax area, leading EY’s national and regional Business Tax Services and working as Compliance Officer, South America, for four years, reporting to the Americas Ethics Committee in New York. During this trajectory, I led large projects with local and international impacts and helped solve complex corporate problems involving all key aspects of operations, such as: Local and International Tax Planning Corporate planning and tax structuring of Mergers & Acquisitions Merger & Acquisition Processes Due Diligence Tax, Labor and Social Security Procedures Corporate Reorganization and Succession Forensic Accounting for Judicial, Extrajudicial and Arbitration Proceedings Fraud and Corruption Prevention and Investigation Compliance Program Structuring Application of the Brazilian Anticorruption Law and U.S. legislation (FCPA) Recovery of Tax Credits Corporate Investigations Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree in Accounting and Tax Lawyer.
