Within the first few months of joining, I successfully helped with the launch of the brand and website refresh, which was rolled out in November 2023.My role includes:• Leading the creation, execution, and management of content, PR, and social media strategies to enhance brand presence and support business goals• Producing and managing SEO-optimised blogs, guides, website content, and content distribution plans• Collaboration with internal teams, including attorneys, sales and senior management, to align marketing activities with business needs• Track, analyse, and report on content and social media performance to drive lead generation and optimise engagement• Managing all company social media channels, delivering actionable insights and recommendations• Contributing to the development and publication of the annual ESG reportAdditional responsibilities include active involvement in the company\'s ED & I and Trailblazers teams and contributing to key projects such as the annual ESG report.
