I work with accomplished leaders who look successful on paper, but under pressure find themselves stuck in reactive patterns that keep their nervous system in overdrive and leave them feeling exhausted. Most coaching focuses on tools and strategies. Those matter. But real change happens when you understand what’s running your internal operating system: your nervous system, your protective patterns, and the “parts” of you that learned how to keep you safe (and now sometimes hold you back).My approach is trauma-informed, drawing on parts work (Internal Family Systems + Inner Team Dialogue), the Enneagram, and somatic practices that build real-time awareness and choice—so you can lead with more capacity, clarity, and intention when the pressure is on and the stakes are high.This is transformational coaching for leaders ready to create meaningful, lasting change.
