I have spent 25 years at the intersection of luxury, leadership, and transformation, leading customer and retail strategy at Burberry and Tory Burch, driving large-scale change at Deloitte Digital, and advising brands through Danzi Consulting on everything from retail experience redesign to organisational development.I am drawn to moments of change. When a brand needs to rethink how it serves its clients. When a leadership team needs to operate differently. When an organisation is ready to move but needs someone to help it get there.
