With over 11 years’ experience in the insurance industry, I specialise in supporting businesses across the construction, property and professional indemnity sectors. As Commercial Lines Manager at BJP, I work closely with SMEs and corporate clients to ensure they have the protection, advice and support they need to operate with confidence.I am ACII qualified and believe that good insurance broking is built on strong, long-term relationships. My approach is simple: take the time to understand a client’s business, identify potential exposures, and provide clear, practical advice that delivers real peace of mind. Insurance should never feel complicated or transactional – it should be a trusted partnership.Alongside working directly with clients, I collaborate closely with insurer partners to secure the right solutions and ensure placements are structured effectively. I’m particularly known for being responsive, thorough and solutions-focused, especially when it comes to helping clients navigate claims and complex risks.In my role, I also lead and support a team of talented professionals, helping them develop their skills while maintaining the high standards of service our clients and insurer partners expect.Ultimately, my goal is to build long-term partnerships with both clients and insurers, ensuring risks are understood, exposures are properly covered, and businesses have the confidence to move forward.
