The LEGO Group is one of the most reputable brands in the world. As the Leadership Playground Director, I’m designing and delivering the LEGO Group’s leadership culture with a community of Playground Builders. At the LEGO Group, we believe everyone is a leader. It’s an act - not a position, title or qualification. The Leadership Playground is a framework that helps everyone at the LEGO Group be brave, curious and focussed - leadership behaviours we need now and in the future.

ABOUT EMMA GEORGE
I am a behavioural scientist (registered with GAABS) and culture change specialist. I work at the intersection of behaviour change design, behavioural science and organisational culture. In my current role as the Leadership Playground Director, I am defining and delivering the LEGO Group’s leadership culture. I was previously a Solutions Director at MindGym, where I use my training as a behavioural scientist to understand the complexity of human behaviour, champion the use of behavioural insights, and design and deliver interventions to improve organisational culture and performance. Over the past 14 years, I have advised and implemented major behaviour change efforts across a wide variety of sectors, including: FMCG, Retail, Finance, Transport, Infrastructure, Energy, Technology, Telecommunications, and Government. I\'ve run experiments on gender bias with AI avatars to understand discrimination in the future of work, designed and tested habits to support net zero behaviours for bp, and insurance claim changes at Zurich Insurance to demonstrate how process changes can have a big impact on customer experience.I hold a Master’s in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics (LSE) in the UK and a Bachelor of International Business from QUT in Australia. I’m passionate about building communities and organisations where people can thrive.
