My current role at IBM involves providing administrative support to IBM UK CIC Talent Acquisition Team and Business Operations Team.Prior to IBM, I have a 4 year work experience in Human Resources with a good exposure of recruitment, compensation and benefit management, payroll processing, training and development, performance evaluation and career management and employee relation and data management, policies and compliance; and organisational development and design.As an added edge to my overall HR experience, I now have knowledge of employer branding, project management, corporate social responsibility, which is a result of regular inter department, employee and customer communication.I am a confident and articulate conversationalist, so I know how to make my ideas understood.
