Highlight deals include- the fundraising, placing and open offer on AIM for client EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc and its subsequent triple acquisitions in the USA and Sweden-lead advisor on the sale of Reid Lifting to Pure Lifting-lead advisor to the management team of BBI Healthcare Limited on the sale by Exponent to Venture Life Group-lead advisor to the founders and owners of Cansford Laboratories Limited on their sale to private equity backed Phenna Group, a global provider of Testing Inspection Certification and Compliance- lead advisor to Cardo Group, which recently joined forces with Buckthorn and Partners, an investment firm specialising in the field of energy efficiency. Advising the shareholders on their sale and investment into the newly formed Cardo Group and continuing to act as lead advisor to the Group, spearheading the legals for their ambitious acquisition trail.
