Initially called in to produce videos of the annual event, the role has now expanded to include hosting the awards evening, moderating the keynote panel discussions and taking the lead role in media delivery during the conference. In 2021, COVID required the event to be held remotely and, as such, the two-day conference was presented live from a studio by Housing Technology founder George Grant alongside Emma, who scripted the content and helped produce the event.
