ABOUT EMMA WREN
I am a Technical Director for Nature Based Solutions and our Natural Flood Management Lead in the UK. I am the lead author of the exciting new CIRIA Natural Flood Management Manual and involved in a range of projects in the UK, including the largest NFM programme in England to reduce flood risk in Leeds. I also coordinate technical activities for our Water Resources and Flooding Technical Practice across Europe, seeking to improve the way we do things and encourage excellence. I co-lead a team of over 100 professionals working in our Water Resources and Flooding Team, and take direct responsibility for managing the part of the team in Northern England and Scotland. I am always on the lookout for great people who are passionate to help solve water challenges, whilst also contributing to great social and environmental outcomes. Get in touch if you can help me!
