When Herb Fed started farming poultry in 2010 the aim was simple. to produce a bird with taste.We are proud to have achieved this and be the only producers in the country feeding our poultry on a diet that includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs, a by-product of another family member’s farm. Our birds are traditionally reared on the farm under the highest welfare standards, kept in small flocks and truly free to forage for food, roaming in acres of Yorkshire pasture at the foot of the Hambleton Hills.Recognised and awarded for its succulent meat with a unique depth of flavour, Herb Fed supply Free Range Chickens, Bronze Turkeys and Christmas Roosters to the best independent butchers and food outlets nationwide and can also be purchased direct from the farm.
