I’m a marketing professional who loves bringing people and brands closer together. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built my career around understanding what makes customers tick and finding creative ways to turn that into long-lasting relationships.I spent nearly two decades at Worcester Bosch, where I grew through a variety of roles — from customer services to leading marketing operations. That journey gave me a solid foundation in customer loyalty, brand building, and team leadership, as well as a genuine appreciation for how every part of a business plays a role in the customer experience.Today, I’m Head of Marketing at Ratio EV, where I’m helping to shape the brand and tell the story of a company that’s playing an exciting role in the future of sustainable transport. What I enjoy most is working with great teams, finding fresh ideas, and seeing how the right strategy can make a real difference to customers and the business.
