ABOUT EMMA SIXTON

With over three decades leading SamsFowey Ltd, I\'ve honed a strategic approach to decision-making and brand advancement working along side other incredible team members who have been representatives and part of the Sam’s family and expansion since 1987. Responsible for driving brand and location expansion to six locations whilst coordinating planning submissions, grant awards, architectural design, trade management, interior design and fixture and fitting resource drawing on my experience in the commercial and residential Interior design industry. Responsible for collaborative menu design, staff recruitment, branding, PR, social media marketing and streamlining operations has help to propel Sam\'s Cornwall brand to new restaurant locations, retail opportunities and a merchandise range.The strength of the brand has also opened up opportunities to work with local Cornish award winning sustainable businesses and white label producers whist diversifying our offerings into outside catering and events.We have proactively reduced our carbon footprint by buying direct from producers, recycling our waste since early and purposely only using Cornish Suppliers. With grant awards we are expanding into commercial kitchen produce for eCommerce and distribution in Cornwall and hopefully beyond. At the core of our mission lies a dedication to enhancing customer experience through customer service, attention to detail, exceptional local produce in a unique and comfortable setting. With our meticulous event organization and new retail offering via distribution we are excited for what the future brings in opportunities and off sales.
