Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various technical positions including, but not limited to, Software Engineers, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Helpdesk. • Source candidates with specific skill sets utilizing Boolean strings and various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and GitHub. • Utilize Bullhorn CRM system for detailed documentation, to track candidate communication, and to manage recruitment process.• Screen candidates by asking position-specific questions and documenting answers to assess eligibility. • Present qualified candidates to Business Development Managers by writing qualification summaries for client review. • Guide candidates through the recruitment process which involves thorough interview preparation/debrief, consistent communication check-ins, and pre closing candidates.• Check in with working consultants at least monthly and address any questions that arise.• Work collaboratively with Business Development Managers and other recruiters while providing ongoing mentorship to new staff members.
