Chief Compliance Officer for Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Control Room @HSBC

I am currently Managing Director, managing Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance for Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Control room globally for HSBC. I joined HSBC to help set up the Global Research division and travelled extensively across 21 offices globally to build the controls and infrastructure to issue investment research. I then headed up Global Research Compliance, Supervisory Analysts, Production and Editorial. I moved to head up Compliance for Global Banking and combined this with heading up compliance for HSBC’s Commercial Bank including the transaction banking teams, GTRF and GLCM. In addition I am leading an initiative internally to promote career development amongst women in the Compliance function of Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Control room.
