I currently head the Legal Offshore team at HSBC, where I am responsible for building and running large-scale, high-performing legal delivery capabilities in a highly regulated, global environment.With 23 plus years of experience, I have worked across European banks, IT services organisations, and FMCG companies, leading legal offshoring, legal operations, and team transformation initiatives.
