I work within country regional offices such as Amsterdam, Munich, Dubai and North America. As part of my role I am responsible for ensuring a smooth internal Deal Desk process which leads to an accurate and consistent sales processes. This is achieved by an appreciation for strong inter departmental working relations, clear and concise communication style, and a determination to get things done. Experience in Salesforce.com Development and Administration, Business Wide Process Deployments, Order assistance and reporting skills.
